Venue for the Conference

The Russian Supercomputing Days 2015 Conference will take place at the Holiday Inn Moscow – Sokolniki. We are currently negotiating a discount for conference participants with the hotel management. Detailed information will be available later.

Attending the Conference

To attend the conference, you need to register online and pay the registration fee:

• before August 1 September 4, 2015 – 2,000 RUR (700 RUR for students and post-graduates)
• after August 1 September 4, 2015 – 7,000 RUR (2,000 RUR for students and postgraduate students)

Registration fee payment methods will be announced later. The registration fee includes attending all conference events:

• conference sessions;
• exhibition;
• coffee breaks;
• dinners;
• gala party.

• April 1 - open of submission
• June 1 - abstract submission
• June 15 - paper submission
• July 15 July 20 - author notification
• July 30 August 2 - camera ready submission

• April 20 - August 1 - early registration with fee discount
• August 2 - September 15 - regular registration

• September 28-29 - conference working days

For Authors

Conference papers may be presented in the form of a verbal report or a poster paper. Conference materials can be submitted in one of the following three formats: full paper, short paper, poster. All materials will be checked by experts of the conference agenda committee. All materials approved by the agenda committee will be published in the conference proceedings.

For Exhibitors

Exhibition features the newest hardware and software solutions for high performance computing. Ateending the exhibition is included in registration fee. Exhibitors should pay extra fee. Details will be published later in the Exhibition section.
